The experience

During this retreat, we will take time to acknowledge the loss you've experienced and the emotions that come with it. We will honor what is, feel gratitude for what was, and find healing through sharing.

When we lose something or someone dear to us, alongside the deep sense of loss, we encounter a range of emotions like sadness, anger, and helplessness. Grieving can often feel like a lonely journey, even when surrounded by friends. Over time, the attention from others may fade, while the grieving process continues to need space and time.

This retreat offers you the opportunity, in a peaceful and safe setting, to be present with whatever emotions arise at this moment. Grounded and without drama. We will not only share the pain but also reflect on the beauty and be grateful for what once was.

You are warmly welcome at Little Dutch Farm to find space for your grief and loss in connection and peace.

Meet your host

Little Dutch Farm

7 years running experiences

Kim Taylor runs nature coaching, day retreats, garden therapy and leadership programmes from a regenerative farm in West-Friesland — a typical Dutch stolp farmhouse built in 1901, about 35 minutes north of Amsterdam. The land does the work alongside her: a meadow with four horses, an orchard, a vegetable garden and a pond. Every session is fully outdoors, in whatever weather the day brings. Kim came to this after nineteen years in sustainability start-ups and scale-ups, and after her own burnout.
