For employers

Give your team time in nature. Let them choose where.

A voucher is a euro amount on a code. Each person picks their own trip from the catalogue, on a date that suits them, and the voucher pays for it. You get one invoice and one list of codes.

One per person. All vouchers in an order have the same amount.

No VAT is charged on vouchers. It is settled when a voucher pays for a trip.

You pay by bank transfer. Nothing is charged now.

  1. Order

Choose an amount and how many vouchers you need. We email the invoice straight away.

  2. Pay by bank transfer

As soon as your transfer is in, we send you a private page with every code. No code exists before that.

  3. Hand out the codes

One code per person, by email or on a card. The page shows which codes have been used, so you can see what is still out there.

  4. They book

Each person types their code at checkout. It pays first; if the trip costs more, they pay the difference themselves.

How long is a voucher valid?
24 months from the day we receive your payment. The trip must be booked by then; it can take place later.
What if a trip costs less?
The rest stays on the code and can be used for another booking until the end date.
What if a booking is cancelled?
The trip's own cancellation terms apply, and what comes back goes onto the code again, never to a bank account.
Can we get money back for unused vouchers?
No. A voucher is not refunded, and what is left on it after the end date lapses. If a code is lost, tell us and we block it.
