The experience

Nature helps you gain new perspectives and find clarity about what truly matters, helping you to move forward with confidence. Nature coaching guides you to reconnect with your intuition by reflecting on the natural world around you, fostering greater self-awareness and a sense of direction in life.

Nature coaching is a highly effective way to connect with your intuition. It empowers you to address the coaching questions that leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, stressed, or indecisive.

Research shows that spending time outdoors and practicing mindfulness can significantly improve our ability to align our needs, values, goals, and actions. This alignment not only enhances decision-making but also boosts self-esteem and self-efficacy, making you feel more equipped to take charge of your life.

Meet your host

Little Dutch Farm

7 years running experiences

Kim Taylor runs nature coaching, day retreats, garden therapy and leadership programmes from a regenerative farm in West-Friesland — a typical Dutch stolp farmhouse built in 1901, about 35 minutes north of Amsterdam. The land does the work alongside her: a meadow with four horses, an orchard, a vegetable garden and a pond. Every session is fully outdoors, in whatever weather the day brings. Kim came to this after nineteen years in sustainability start-ups and scale-ups, and after her own burnout.
