The experience

Following the successful start of our first cohort, in September 2026 a second cohort of visionary leaders will gather on a regenerative farm to step into a new paradigm of leadership. One that is grounded, conscious, connected, and deeply attuned to the living systems we are part of.

For leaders ready to shape what's next. Because regenerative leadership is not taught in a classroom. This half-year program invites you into six immersive modules that follow the natural seasons. Together, they create a powerful arc of inner development, systems thinking, personal evolution, and real-world application.

Every module takes place at a regenerative location max 35 mins from Amsterdam, with time around the campfire, in the orchard, in the field, and on the land. Nature is not a backdrop. Nature is your co-facilitator.

This is leadership for the world we are stepping into, not the world we are leaving behind.

Meet your host

Little Dutch Farm

7 years running experiences

Kim Taylor runs nature coaching, day retreats, garden therapy and leadership programmes from a regenerative farm in West-Friesland — a typical Dutch stolp farmhouse built in 1901, about 35 minutes north of Amsterdam. The land does the work alongside her: a meadow with four horses, an orchard, a vegetable garden and a pond. Every session is fully outdoors, in whatever weather the day brings. Kim came to this after nineteen years in sustainability start-ups and scale-ups, and after her own burnout.
