Little Dutch Farm
7 years running experiences
Kim Taylor runs nature coaching, day retreats, garden therapy and leadership programmes from a regenerative farm in West-Friesland — a typical Dutch stolp farmhouse built in 1901, about 35 minutes north of Amsterdam. The land does the work alongside her: a meadow with four horses, an orchard, a vegetable garden and a pond. Every session is fully outdoors, in whatever weather the day brings. Kim came to this after nineteen years in sustainability start-ups and scale-ups, and after her own burnout.

What past participants say
“We were looking for something different from the usual offsite, and Little Dutch Farm was exactly that. Spending the day outdoors, away from our screens, helped everyone slow down, connect, and have conversations we probably wouldn't have had otherwise.”
“We went to this farm as colleagues and enjoyed an amazing day outside which resulted in great open conversations, relaxation, fun and good food!”
“Wonderful, inspirational day away from it all. I loved the ease and flow of the day, the instant safety that Kim created. The insights the program creates are profound — it's simply unbelievable what nature shows us when we take time to really listen & see!”
“My work dominates much of my week (running a company), and I have been looking for interesting ways to step out of the often-hectic, work week environment. The whole day was a pleasure and definitely beneficial. Kim helped us to slow down when in nature and showed me the importance of heading into nature just to be in it, to feel it, to listen.”
