The experience
There are kids to care for, meetings to show up for, expectations to meet. You keep going… but deep down, you know: You need space to breathe. To think. To feel. To just stop and catch up with yourself.
Two days just for you. Come back to yourself — in nature. Over two spacious days, you'll step out of the noise of everyday life and into the calm rhythm of nature. You'll work closely with me — Kim, a certified nature-based coach — in five powerful 1:1 sessions spread across the two days.
And in between our sessions, there's plenty of room for what you've been craving: time to rest, reflect and journal; moments to lie in the grass and feel the sun on your face; quiet walks under the trees; gentle garden therapy — hands in the soil, reconnecting with your body and breath.
Garden therapy resets your nervous system. Nature coaching connects you with your intuition. Combined you will be empowered to find clarity on how to move forward through your life transition.

Meet your host
Little Dutch Farm
7 years running experiences
Kim Taylor runs nature coaching, day retreats, garden therapy and leadership programmes from a regenerative farm in West-Friesland — a typical Dutch stolp farmhouse built in 1901, about 35 minutes north of Amsterdam. The land does the work alongside her: a meadow with four horses, an orchard, a vegetable garden and a pond. Every session is fully outdoors, in whatever weather the day brings. Kim came to this after nineteen years in sustainability start-ups and scale-ups, and after her own burnout.
