The experience
Strengthen and elevate your leadership skills with a curated group of leaders and entrepreneurs. The journey combines five days in the Italian mountains with two workshops designed to translate your experience into lasting impact.
Across the programme you experience a powerful blend of deep nature experiences, breathwork, meaningful reflection, and practical tools — exploring vision, energy, and long-term impact alongside peers who carry comparable responsibility.
Five days in the untouched Italian Alps, moving through unforgettable hikes, deep reflection, meaningful conversations, and solo time in nature. The 7 Generations concept and the Leadership Challenge model (Kouzes & Posner) give the week a frame you can take back to work.
The character of this experience
What the facilitator has told us about their own trip. Anything they have not said is simply not here.
- Depth of the experience
- Start of an inner journeyFor people who have their professional life in order and feel there is more. Who look at life with curiosity, and who want to hear from guides who have made the journey from a successful corporate life to a life more connected with themselves, and through that with others and the world around them.
Who this is for
Said plainly, so you can rule it out as easily as rule it in.
- You lead a team or a company and want to work on how you lead, not just what you decide
- You want the work to outlast the week — the two follow-up workshops are the point
- You are comfortable with breathwork, sweat lodge ritual and long silent stretches
- You want a one-off offsite — this is a six-month commitment
- You cannot manage full days of mountain hiking

OTRO Elements
6 years running experiences
OTRO Elements run “nature-based expeditions designed for reflection, deep connection, and the art of letting go”. Their basecamp is Alpe Selvaccia — 22 hectares of alpine meadow and pine forest above Rassa in the Valsesia, with rustic huts, a fire circle, a tipi and a yoga platform looking out at Monte Rosa. They call the facilitator team the Tribe: Quirine, Fenneke, Tjeerd, Marit, Kalijn, Fernanda, Raymond, Robert-Jan, Benny and others, working alongside local Italian hosts and mountain guides.
